Refund policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. Once a digital product has been purchased, downloaded, or accessed, it cannot be returned.

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once the download or access has begun with the consumer’s prior consent and acknowledgment that they lose their right of withdrawal.

By completing a purchase on YourProducerPlug, you expressly agree to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal.

Please ensure that you have the required software and plugins (e.g., Ableton Live or other necessary tools) and that they are up to date before making a purchase. We are not responsible for incompatibility issues resulting from missing or outdated software.

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase 
  • Lack of required software or technical knowledge 
  • Misunderstanding of product functionality or description 

However, we are committed to fair customer service. Refunds or assistance may be provided in the following cases:

  • You experience a technical issue preventing access to the product 
  • You accidentally made a duplicate purchase 
  • You received an incorrect file or product 

If you do not receive your purchase confirmation email, the product is still available for download via your account. If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact us.
